At CasaHives, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@casahives.com, along with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Certain fragile home décor items and products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
For all other cases, customers may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
